On Monday July 5th the annual Little Brown Jug (LBJ) race will be held. This race is open to all boats.
Traditionally the racers follow a course around the entire lake (wind permitting). It is intended for the race to take 100 minutes. We will use various staggered start times with the slowest boat starting first and the fastest starting last. The idea is that all boat should finish together. The start times will be determined by each boat established handicap (PHRF handicap)
For this race, handicap starts will be set for HSC typical classes, Flying Scot, Force Five, and Sunfish.
All boat types are welcome to participate, if you plan to race in a boat other than the three list above, please contact Ted Janulis (facebookmgr@sailhsc.org) to let him know what you will be racing.
