Launch Day

HSC members will prepare for the season opening on Launch Day/work day by preparing the boats, equipment, and everything needed to start racing. The “Sea Which Won” pontoon boat will get outfitted and moored in the water, ready for the first sunday racing. Included is “Race Committee orientation,” so that race committee folks are also ready for their tasks. Many hands make for light work so come out to assist, see old friends, and meet new ones. The work is usually finished by around 2 PM. In case of incliment weather the raindate will be April 20.
