Prerequisite: Completion of an Adult Learn to Sail class (or equivalent experience with instructor approval)

Class Description: This one day class is for last year’s ALTS graduates or anyone who is competent at all points of sail- upwind, crosswind, downwind, tacking, and gybing, to expand on their racing skills.  We’ll discuss and practice racing strategies, tactics, penalties, protests and tips on regatta participation. The objective is for graduates to feel confident in participating in club racing events.  Bring:  PDF, Sunscreen, Lunch, water shoes, sunglasses, and water.  Instruction is in Sunfish-bring your own or use a club boat.
