Wednesday, April 27 is opening day for the Sunfish Twilight series. Sailors arrive around 5 pm to set up their boats and first race is at 6. After racing we meet at the Tuscany Grill at the corner of Route 31 and Van Syckles Rd. for pizza. Come out and join the fun! The water is still chilly (below 50 degrees) so a wetsuit (or drysuit) is recommended.
Sunday May 1 is opening race day for all fleets. Sailors arrive around noon to be out on the water for the first race at 1:30. There are sometimes crewing opportunities on the larger boats, or for race committee. Those interested should arrive early while everyone is rigging.
