Learn to Crew

Learn to Crew aboard our largest fleet of boats- the Flying Scot. You will learn how to help the skipper win races by controlling the jib (smaller sail), balancing the boat, and possibly the spinnaker. The club’s Flying Scot fleet captain will teach you everything you need to know to optimize your enjoyment and expertise. After this class you will be ready to crew with any Flying Scot skipper who needs a crew for racing Sundays. If this date does not work for you there will be another opportunity later in the season (June 23).
