Memorial Day Regatta On Monday, May 31st the club will host the Memorial Day Regatta. This event is sailed in Sunfish only. We will have the skippers meeting at 10:00 with the start as soon as possible afterwards. We will target 5 races with one throw out if 5 races are completed. Fewer races may be held depending on weather. If you plan to use a club Sunfish for the regatta, please arrive by 9:45. You will need to get your boat off the rack and start rigging before the Skippers meeting as the RC will leave the beach shortly after to start the races. If you arrive late, there will be no one left on the beach to unlock a club boat. No exceptions will be accommodated. Club boats are only available for use in the regatta and in the vicinity of the club RC and safety boats. There will be a continental breakfast ashore. Bring your own water and food for a lunch break between races. You can leave your lunches on the pontoon boat to distribute for the lunch break. There will be awards for the top 3 places.
